1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Tech Pal ("Service"), operated by AI Tech Pal ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, including individual IT professionals, managed service providers (MSPs), and enterprise organizations accessing the platform.

2. Description of Service

AI Tech Pal is an AI-powered IT helpdesk platform that uses multi-agent artificial intelligence to diagnose and resolve technical support issues. The Service includes:

  • Multi-agent AI troubleshooting and resolution
  • Screenshot and visual analysis for issue diagnosis
  • Semantic search knowledge base
  • REST API integration for external ticketing systems
  • Analytics and reporting dashboards

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

4. Free Trial and Subscriptions

AI Tech Pal offers a 15-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription.

Subscription plans include:

  • Professional — $19/month for individual IT professionals
  • Team — $15/user/month (minimum 3 seats) for IT teams and departments
  • Enterprise — Custom pricing for organizations at scale

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. API Usage

Access to the AI Tech Pal REST API is available on Professional and Team plans. API usage is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier. You are responsible for securing your API keys and must not share them publicly.

We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access if usage patterns indicate abuse or excessive load on our systems.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Submit malicious content, including malware or scripts designed to disrupt the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent
  • Use the Service to process or store sensitive personal data (e.g., SSN, medical records) unless on an Enterprise plan with a signed Data Processing Agreement

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AI Tech Pal — including the AI agents, algorithms, user interface, branding, and documentation — are owned by AI Tech Pal and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI Tech Pal uses artificial intelligence to generate troubleshooting recommendations and solutions. While our AI agents are designed to provide accurate and helpful responses, AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect.

The Service is intended to assist IT professionals, not replace professional judgment. You are responsible for verifying and testing any solutions before implementing them in production environments.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We use industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure database storage, and access controls to protect your information.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Tech Pal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if your use of the Service poses a risk to other users or our infrastructure. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain anonymized data for analytics purposes.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
